Course Description

The MakeReadyAcademy™ Real Property Rapid Turnaround Essentials Training course is a blended learning experience developed specifically for U.S. embassy locally-employed staff who have real-property make-ready responsibility. The training program offers a comprehensive curriculum consisting of 10 modules tailored to the unique challenges faced during the make-ready process. By weaving project management concepts throughout the course, housing specialists will develop an understanding of how project management principles apply to their role in initiating, completing and managing make-ready tasks, and to the ongoing property maintenance process at U.S. Embassy posts overseas.

Course Delivery Method

Online (virtual) with three live interactive discussions that bring housing personnel together to discuss lessons learned, tactics, and technology tools to enhance the make-ready process at their post.
